Randy’s journey into the treatment field began with his own personal experience. Randy got sober in 2012 and began working with others as part of his own recovery. Randy decided that he wanted to give back what was so freely given to him. Randy began working in treatment in 2017 at a Detox in the San Fernando Valley and immediately fell in love with it. Randy enjoys working in treatment because he gets to be a cog in the machine that helps the struggling person find a new way to live. Randy’s favorite quote is “keep it simple.” Randy brings positivity and a real life outlook to the LifeSync team.
